This form will appear on the website under certain conditions when users click the booking button in the event. The conditions for the form to appear are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the plugin must be allowed to send emails (see <span class=\"cevento-docs__term\">Send Emails<\/span> in the <a href=\"\/en\/docs\/002-create-event\/#set-event-settings\">event settings<\/a>)  <\/li>\n<li>bookings must be enabled for your event (see <span class=\"cevento-docs__term\">Enable Bookings<\/span> in the <a href=\"\/en\/docs\/002-create-event\/#set-event-settings\">event settings<\/a>)  <\/li>\n<li>for admin emails, at least one valid email address must be entered (see <span class=\"cevento-docs__term\">Admin E-Mails<\/span> in the <a href=\"\/en\/docs\/002-create-event\/#set-event-settings\">event settings<\/a>)  <\/li>\n<li>there must still be available spots for your event  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the Cevento dashboard, under Forms, you can create and edit booking forms. These forms can then be assigned to events (see <a href=\"\/en\/docs\/002-create-event\/\">Create events<\/a>). This document explains everything about booking forms and the form builder.  <\/p>\n<div uk-lightbox><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/001-004-cevento-dashboard_uebersicht-formulare.jpg\" data-caption=\"Form overview\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/001-004-cevento-dashboard_uebersicht-formulare.jpg\" alt=\"Form overview\"><\/a><\/div>\n<h2 id=\"create-new-form-and-other-actions\">Create new Form and other actions<\/h2>\n<p>In the <span class=\"cevento-docs__term\">Forms<\/span> overview, you can add a new form with the <span class=\"cevento-docs__term\">Create new Form<\/span> button [1]. Below, you&rsquo;ll see a list of your forms. Each form is displayed as a white element (a bar with a shadow) [2].  <\/p>\n<div uk-lightbox><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_uebersicht.jpg\" data-caption=\"(1) Button &ldquo;Create new Form&rdquo;, (2) Form entry\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_uebersicht.jpg\" alt=\"(1) Button &ldquo;Create new Form&rdquo;, (2) Form entry\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Each element, from right to left, has the following indicators and buttons:  <\/p>\n<h3>Drag &amp; Drop order<\/h3>\n<p>If you place your mouse cursor over the drag &amp; drop icon and hold down the mouse button, you can rearrange the order of your forms. This order is only for your personal organization and has no effect on the plugin&rsquo;s functionality.  <\/p>\n<div uk-lightbox><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_drag-and-drop.gif\" data-caption=\"Drag &amp; Drop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_drag-and-drop.gif\" alt=\"Drag &amp; Drop\"><\/a><\/div>\n<h3>Form title<\/h3>\n<p>Next to the drag &amp; drop icon is the display of your form title. You can change the title in the form builder or via <a href=\"\/en\/docs\/002-forms\/#create-new-form-and-other-actions\">actions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Form ID<\/h3>\n<p>On the far right of the element, you&rsquo;ll see a small number. This is the form ID and is only needed by developers who want to extend Cevento.  <\/p>\n<div uk-lightbox><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_id.jpg\" data-caption=\"Form ID\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_id.jpg\" alt=\"Form ID\"><\/a><\/div>\n<h3>Actions<\/h3>\n<p>To display the actions for your form, hover over the gear icon. Then the following actions will appear to the left of it, which you can trigger by clicking the respective icon. The action bar remains visible as long as your mouse cursor is placed over it.  <\/p>\n<div uk-lightbox><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_aktionen.gif\" data-caption=\"Action bar\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_aktionen.gif\" alt=\"Action bar\"><\/a><\/div>\n<h4>Delete<\/h4>\n<p>To delete a form, click the trash can icon. A pop-up will appear where you can confirm deletion (button <span class=\"cevento-docs__term\">Detach permanently<\/span>) or cancel the action (button <span class=\"cevento-docs__term\">Nevermind<\/span>). Once confirmed, this action cannot be undone.  <\/p>\n<div uk-lightbox><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_aktion-loeschen.jpg\" data-caption=\"&ldquo;Delete&rdquo; action\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_aktion-loeschen.jpg\" alt=\"&ldquo;Delete&rdquo; action\"><\/a><\/div>\n<h4>Duplicate<\/h4>\n<p>To duplicate a form, click the icon with two overlapping rectangles. After clicking, the copy of your form appears at the top of the list, and you immediately have the option to edit the form title in the input field. Don&rsquo;t worry &mdash; the title can also be changed later via an <a href=\"\/en\/docs\/002-forms\/\">action<\/a> or in the <a href=\"\/en\/docs\/003-form-builder\/\">form builder<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<div uk-lightbox><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_aktion-duplizieren.jpg\" data-caption=\"&ldquo;Duplicate&rdquo; action\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_aktion-duplizieren.jpg\" alt=\"&ldquo;Duplicate&rdquo; action\"><\/a><\/div>\n<h4>Rename<\/h4>\n<p>By clicking the cursor\/text form icon, you can change the title of your form. An input field will appear in place of the title display, allowing you to edit it. As soon as you click elsewhere on the screen (in other words, when the input field loses focus), the title is saved automatically. A successful save is indicated by a small green check icon.  <\/p>\n<div uk-lightbox><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_aktion-umbenennen.jpg\" data-caption=\"&ldquo;Rename&rdquo; action\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/cevento-docs\/en\/003-002-formulare_aktion-umbenennen.jpg\" alt=\"&ldquo;Rename&rdquo; action\"><\/a><\/div>\n<h4>Edit<\/h4>\n<p>To edit a form, click the pencil icon or simply click on a free space in the element. After clicking, the form builder opens.
